They both have a point here. Maybe I'm soft-hearted, but I prefer it when both characters in an argument are a little right or at least coming from a reasonable place.
I don't blame Brisbane for wanting to make the new place their place instead of just Kimberly's place with a guest bedroom. And I don't blame Kimberly for not wanting to get a bunch of new stuff for the sake of new stuff.
I assume that Kimberly's kitchen table is in the kitchen (offscreen) and the chair (and couch) are behind them. - Terrence
