Original Commentary
I really like the way we're building this. This is one of those archetypical thing-in-the-corner stories. Twilight Zone did this really well. You know, you've got a guy who's trying to avoid something. Doesn't matter what, really. Twilight Zone could make anything seem spooky. But he'd run away, take a jet plane to a deserted island, blow up the island, build a cabin out of the wreckage of the island...and he'd calm down for a moment, and look in the corners of his one-room shack. And in the fourth corner, of course, would be The Thing. In the corner. And he'd either scream and run, or else he'd start laughing maniacally, depending very much on how much time there is left in the episode. Kimberly's at the scream-and-run stage. For extra spookiness, sometimes they'd let the guy look at all four corners, then when he looked back at the first corner, it'd be there. Anyhow, we're not going for spooky here, but it's a good explanation and I wanted to use it - Terrence

Modern Commentary
Brant says "Hello. I am cute. Please stop running and give me another sandwich."

Meanwhile, Brisbane has no idea what's going on. Kimberly is at least an hour late - no phone call - and is on the run from something. Nobody said that life together was going to be normal.

His week started with the Lounge Guys declaring themselves president of a secret society. It's not getting any more normal from there. - Terrence
