Original Commentary

...and now we know ALOT more about Kimberly. Kimberly was never really close with anyone in her family, but seems to have a need to have her father in her life (he was the lesser of three evils for her while growing up). For those of you who were at last weeks' ND.net live chat (all three of you) now can see where I was trying not to give too much away when talking about what makes Kimberly tick. And, more importantly, a little more how she herself perceives the males in her life before Brisbane.

For some reason there was a period in the middle of a sentence in Kimberly's panel 3 line. Not sure how it got there, but it's gone now (thus making the comic make a little more sense). -Isabel

Modern Commentary
I don't have much to add. Kimberly's parents' relationship is expanded upon greatly in the next few years of the comic. - Terrence
