Originally, Mr. Taylor's introduction line was "I don't believe my vote has been counted yet". That lasted thirty seconds before I realized how lame it was. I mean, it seems like something a superhero would say if he were Civics-Man and being written by a middle-schooler. He's been mentioned for three years now but never appeared in person.
