Does a caffeinated breakfast burrito really exist? I don't know, it was the first thing off my head (which should tell you a little about my head)- but if it doesn't exist, I really hope it does... although I don't think I could have one. -Isabel

Weren't caffeinated burritos a thing a year or two back? We were just joking about it, but it looks like there are a few barbecue sauces with caffeine, as well as coffee-infused maple syrup.

But if you're going to have a late-night gaming session and make bad decisions and impulse buys, then may as well get a caffeinated breakfast burrito to go along with.

Patrick is actually not that close with his family, save, ironically enough. Sandra. But considering the only relative we've heard of in the area is an uncle of theirs, who he may not be close to. -Isabel

I had notes about Patrick's extended family drama. I had things planned out, but I didn't want to move the comic's focus to them so they stayed in the background. I figure Taylor family drama was where the heart of the comic was - Terrence

I think one of Sofia's problems here is that she's been recently screwed over by a "nice guy" (Dr. Paul) and as such is sort of looking for someone who is in some ways, the opposite of him. Unfortunately for her, he is also like Dr. Paul in his way of putting his work and pride over Sofia. But he has a nice car- I'm sure Dr. Paul took the bus everywhere. I should note that Hippedown is a small island and despite it's limited tourist appeal, the residents tend to take public transportation more than having their own. You'd think that would make the parking situation better. -Isabel

I'm not saying that Sofia sees Patrick as a way out of her current life situation, but she's aware of that possibility and is putting up with a lot of crap she wouldn't otherwise.

I added a brick effect to the Nuggets building... I just felt it needed it. Because you really couldn't tell it was a building... of course now it has the texture of a building, which is a step in the right direction.

I'm sure everyone saw this one coming... oh well, even life can be painfully predictable, especially when it's written by me. -Isabel

Panel two's line was supposed to have been Patrick's. Opps. Ah well, it still works. Is Sandra wearing makeup or does Mr. Windsor just have a natural glow to him? You decide!

Terrence said if Mr. and Mrs. Windsor do ever show up in the comic, they'll probably look just like that. I'm not sure myself, so we'll see. -Isabel
